DISCLAIMERS OF RIGHTS.
IN THIS POST, I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE COPYRIGHTS.
THIS POST IS COMPOSED OF SUMMARIES FROM ARTICLES I THOUGHT WERE VERY INTERESTING OR INFORMATIVE.
All these articles are only extracts from whole items, often sample taken at several and different places through the article.
WHENEVER I APPOSE MY OWN COMMENTS, IT IS PRECEDED BY MY INITIAL- C.ET:
‘C.et’ is my own writing, just to try to be clear on me not putting words in others’ items.
THE REST IS A MAP OF IMPORTANT NOTIONS OR STORIES I FOUND IN THE NEWS EARLIER ON.
PLEASE FOLLOW THEIR WEBLINKS WHEN YOU WANT TO READ MORE. HOPING THAT COPYRIGHTS WILL NOT MIND IT, AS THEY ARE RIGHTS AND SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A MONOPOLY OR AS IMPAIRMENT TO DATA EXCHANGES AND DIFFUSION.
Children fleeing CAR are dying in Cameroon, says UNHCR

C.ET: I just was wondering if anyone would attack me for posting this picture. While the little guy who is scavenging have been left (without the money produced by the original article, for you to be reassured none I ll be making, I post it just as a ‘reminding’) and even he would have received black economy pocket money, the little boy just left there and on-going.
I appreciate that one cannot do everything and that taking a pic could be used as an act purposing help for him- and the other guys and girls in his situation.
But what I recall equally it is that in this realm, I have to ask myself if no one could seriously try to sue me for doing this. That is to sue me for having taken a picture or to have written an ariticle, hopefully to end human rights abuses (if not to start human responsibilities) and one of the priority remove this child from this environment that poison his body. But suing me because I redirect you to their article as if I intend to summarize their information for you I could be in breach of copyrights coming from the story of this little boy, snapshot without receiving a denier of the dominion. So please note that I am not the author, that I own no copyright and do not seek to earn any money.out of my ‘newsroll’ and system of quotation; I just try and do like any computer of search engine, give you my specific summarizing.

C : just a note about PETA, I completely backed their campaign in that vegan and animal test free is the way to go. However, they insist on their donation system and make what they have done with their funds, strategies, actions quasi absent from their newsletters. So even though PETA is one of the organisations I would like to subsidise dearly I wonder for this reason, no campaign about what is done to ‘break these habits’, if I would opt for it.

The World’s Wartime Debt to China
OXFORD, England —by BRANA MITTER

China’s resistance to Japan is one of the great untold stories of World War II. Though China was the first Allied power to fight the Axis, it has received far less credit for its role in the Pacific theater than the United States, Britain or even the Soviet Union, which only joined the war in Asia in August 1945. The Chinese contribution was pushed aside soon after the conflict, as an inconvenient story in the neat ideological narrative of the Cold War.

Just for people to know, but I cannot count the times when I tried to post my this post about paedophilic marriages on big venue bearing the names of important organisations, such as quango, NGOs of any size, including the biggest and most famous, or UN groups.

C.ET: me I am appalled at how all of you react, knowing perfectly that it is mainly, by the thousands how the life of Mohammed has been translated. Slavery, child marriage, etc.
the way you deny, changing and hiding the way many, many, thousands if not millions of muslims preach islam, by the life of 'their prophet'. It is beyond scary. everyone believes in religion. and if they don't know and read your comments then they would think this article is lying. Search the net and you would understand instantly what means mohammed for millions of people that want statutory slavery, and its worst, even not belonging to the slightest to the register of humanity.
but let's stop condemning Mohamed, and let's start to focus on those people from the XXI century, hiding how slavery of this level spread total destruction of any nest of rest of human worth, trust worth. you ve lost all dignity.

As for people saying it is nothing to do with unicef, if you are not interested in humanity just please do not enter unicef discussion, and yet less try to direct it, and further down discussion concerning children and vulnerability.
Or else.

Ban the preaching of child marriage by Islamic preachers - and all others.

MOHAMMED, THE PROPHET OF THE RELIGION ISLAM, ‘MARRIED’ HIS FOURTH WIFE, SHE WAS A 6 YEARS OLD, HE WAS OVER 50 YEAR OLD.

This petition aims at letting people know about a simple fact:
MOHAMMED, PROPHET OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGION, ‘MARRIED’ HIS FOURTH ‘WIFE’. HE WAS OVER 50 YEARS OLD WHEN THE POLIGAMOUS ‘MARRIAGE’ TOOK PLACE, THE ‘SPOUSE’ WAS A LITTLE GIRL CALLED AISHA, SHE WAS 6 YEARS OLD.

Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married 'Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old. Sahih Bukhari 5:58:236

'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) married me when I was six years old, and I was admitted to his house when I was nine years old. Sahih Muslim 8:3310

http://wikiislam.net/wiki/Aisha_Age_of_Consummation

“These texts are direct translation of the Hadith, Arabic Ḥadīth (“News” or “Story”), also spelled Hadīt , record of the traditions or sayings of the Prophet Muhammad, revered and received as a major source of religious law and moral guidance, second only to the authority of the Qurʾān, the holy book of Islam.
http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/251132/Hadith
Hadith has become a synonym for the term Sunnah.”

However, the plight is not more about what the scriptures say but about the thousands of documents produced by Muslim preachers, believers or followers entirely condoning, honoring and recommending this marriage of an old man with a young child.
This information is accurate. Please, be aware that ‘these teachings’ legitimised as fundamental to the Islamic religion can be found by the thousands on the internet via a very simple word search.
Preaching that the marriage of Mohammed to a little girl is appropriate or can be taken as a, or the model has grave and beyond horrid and vile consequences. From child marriage in countries like Saudi Arabia, to the many stories of Imams being caught on camera in Britain agreeing to marry children and presenting it as a suitable practise under Islam.
The campaign and petition have two purposes: One, to ensure that people know what happens. The ‘marriages’ in themselves but also the fact that marriages of children with adults are in fact professed via the teaching of Islam. Two, it would then ask the government to sanction direct or indirect incentives and incitation to paedophilia and child marriage (paedophile marriages). Pragmatically, it means that Islamic teachers should be condemning child marriage systematically, and be severely sanctioned when advocating it. To praise Mohammed’s life without expressively condemning child marriage is in fact support to paedophilia.
The prophet Mohammed is highly praised and constantly cited as being the prophet and only prophet of Islam. His name is introduction to almost any communication and verbal or written exchange in culture Islam.
No one needs to enter madrasas, Islamic schools, to figure out that Mohammed’s life is given as example and model.

PLEASE HELP US AND SIGN THE PETITION.
STOP CHILD MARRIAGE PREACHING NOW.

What is typical is the way people forbid religious discussion that are not. The subject is thousands of people used Islam as in their texts ‘the prophet’ went onto committing numberless atrocities. And that is used by present Muslims (and in fact many others). So stop calling that theological religions for a first, and do not preach your belief that religion cannot be attacked to spreads a message of inequality and destruction.
Also I note that people said themselves to be academic. They would be they would stop denying what is to be found in texts and translations that are used in the practice of their religions.
They would stop preaching UNICEF group, monopolised by people that are bigots enough, to stop discussion about child marriage, mass rapes, saying it is theology matters.
And they would start making sure that people using their name behave like human beings who loves and protect humanely (and seek protection and construction) humanity and all the creation - the not only actual reason why real religion component are accepted as legitimate (if not granted by no one but higher powers and expectations- to be expected).
Solely, so your little story about child rape, may you hear till all of us make sure they are nowhere, and reparation.

To people saying we insult religion, bizarrely when reporting ‘religious people’ talking about child marriage, inequality, and the sordid like.

Adding insults to injuries, this little notes all over the place claiming respect to enforce a culture of denial and thus endorsing the worst violences. The gratuitous violences. But one question, do they do this themselves gratuitously.
how millions, if not billions, of people plagued by poverty, trafficking, malnutrition, unemployment are you insulting, refusing to enter the truth about what people want to bring about with exploitation theory, spreading them sometimes, a lot of times, through religion.

Investigation finds under-reporting of incidents by UN-AU Mission

Crimes against civilians and peacekeepers were not intentionally covered up by the African Union-United Nations Hybrid Operation in Darfur (UNAMID), according to a review initiated by the UN Secretary-General.
The review sought to clarify whether UNAMID deliberately failed to report on 16 incidents, including possible wrongdoings by Sudanese Government or pro-Government forces.
The UN says the review team examined all the material related to the incidents and interviewed former and current staff members.
Although they did not find any evidence to support the allegations, the UN says the Mission had a tendency to under-report unless it was absolutely certain of the facts.
The review also found that UNAMID took what it described as "an unduly conservative approach" to the media, explaining that it maintained silence when it could have developed a press response even in the absence of all the facts.
The Secretary-General says he is deeply troubled by these findings.
Although, he said, UNAMID faces unique challenges due conditions under which it operates, keeping silent or under-reporting incidents cannot be condoned under any circumstances.
A series of measure are reportedly now being put into place to ensure full and accurate reporting.

The women, who are mainly from Edo State in southern Nigeria, were promised work as nurses and hairdressers on arrival in Europe but were immediately trafficked into the sex trade.

Civil society key actor to achieve nutrition for all
Jose Graziano da Silva was speaking to around 200 members of civil society organizations who are in Italy for an international conference on nutrition.
The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 805 million people worldwide are chronically hungry, and over 2 billion don't get proper nutrition.

C:           the UN will leave this to the civil society. What united nations.
Civil society is originally to bring external, help, critic, complement to states’ obligations. Help them, reinforce, realise its legitimation.

Two million Iraqis flee homes
Two million people in Iraq have been forced to flee their homes as a result of ongoing violence in the country.
In its latest situation report, the UN humanitarian office (OCHA), said the displaced people were sheltering in over 2000 separate locations.
Since early September over 200,000 individuals have been displaced by continued insecurity, mostly in the governorates of Kirkuk, Anbar, Salah al-Din, Diyala and Ninewa.
Iraq has experienced increasing instability in 2014 as a result of an ongoing offensive by the group calling itself the Islamic State or ISIL.
Fighting and terrorist atrocities including beheadings have unleashed wave after wave of internally displaced people and refugees.
According to OCHA, close to 50 per cent of the displaced have found refuge in the high altitude areas of Iraq's Kurdistan Region, where winter temperatures can plummet to well-below zero.

Petronilla de Meath

Petronilla de Meath (c. 1300–1324) was the maidservant of Dame Alice Kyteler, a fourteenth-century Hiberno-Norman noblewoman. After the death of Kyteler's fourth husband, Kyteler was accused of practicing witchcraft and Petronilla of being her accomplice. Petronilla was tortured and forced to proclaim that she and Kyteler were guilty of witchcraft. Petronilla was then flogged and eventually burnt at the stake on 3 November 1324, in Kilkenny.[1][2] Hers was the first known case in Ireland or Great Britain of death by fire for the crime of heresy.

Who was St. Petronille?

Our parish bears the Anglicized name of the early Roman St. Petronille. The dates and circumstances of her life and death are scarce and, where they are available, they are often in conflict. Modern scholarship places her death during the mid to late third century.

There seems to be no doubt that St. Petronilla was a virgin whose death was related to her vow of chastity. She was a Roman noblewoman of the family of Domitilla. Her death followed, by circumstances not entirely clear, her refusal to marry Count Flaccus. One account has it that following this refusal, for which the nobleman threatened to have her killed, St. Petronilla spent three days in prayer and fasting. She died in her bed after having received Holy Communion.

A murky multi-million dollar trade in wild animals and their parts is booming in online marketplaces.
An IFAW investigation found thousands of online advertisements for endangered wildlife and wildlife parts and products. Help stamp out wildlife cybercrime by calling on your Member of Parliament to contact the Environment Minister and ask for stronger laws targeting wildlife cyber criminals. London vigil for burned alive Shahzad & Shama

Pakistan: Faith & sexual minorities targeted by Islamist extremists

Switch UK aid until Pakistan blasphemy law is repealed

London, UK - 25 November 2014

“We were remembering a young Christian couple in Pakistan, Shahzad Masih and his pregnant wife Shama Bibi, who were beaten, stripped naked and burned alive; leaving their three little children orphaned. They had been falsely accused of blasphemy and desecrating the Qur’an. The violent crowd of over 3,000 people was orchestrated by the local mosque,” said Peter Tatchell, Director of the human rights organisation, the Peter Tatchell Foundation.

“As well as killing Christians and attacking their homes, shops and churches, Islamists and vigilante mobs are also persecuting Shia, Ahmadi, Hazara and Sufi Muslims. Other victims of “sharia justice” include Hindus, atheists, secularists, humanists, lawyers, journalists, MPs and gay people.

“Pakistan’s blasphemy law is a violation of free speech and human rights. There are currently 17 people on death row for alleged blasphemy, with 19 others serving life sentences. A Christian mother, Asia Bibi, has been sentenced to death on similar concocted blasphemy charges. These charges are often trumped up to settle personal disputes.

“The blasphemy law should be repealed. The UK should withdraw overseas aid from the Pakistani government and switch it to aid agencies that don’t persecute or discriminate, until such time as the blasphemy law is repealed and other human rights abuses are ended, including the government’s terror campaign in occupied Balochistan,” added Mr Tatchell.

He attended and spoke at the vigil, which took place outside the Prime Minister’s residence, Downing Street, London, on Saturday 22 November. It was organised by the British Pakistani Christian Association (BPCA), with the support or Christian and secular organisations, including the Peter Tatchell Foundation.

The brutal murders of Shahzad and Shama took place on 4 November in a small village near Lahore. The married couple were poor bonded labourers - in effect semi-slaves - who worked for a brick kiln owner.
